On May 6, 2023, I'm participating in Rock The Ridge, a 50-mile endurance challenge to support Mohonk Preserve in the beautiful Mid-Hudson Valley. Rock The Ridge is the Preserve's largest fundraiser and I have agreed to raise money to support their conservation work. I hope you will support me as I Rock The Ridge!

Mohonk Preserve is a nonprofit organization dedicated to land conservation, environmental education, outdoor recreation, and visitor engagement. Located just 90 miles from New York City, the Preserve protects more than 8,000 acres of the Shawangunk Mountains.  Money raised by Rock The Ridge participants will help Mohonk Preserve to fulfill their mission including connecting children from area school districts to the outdoors through award-winning programs, providing crucial information to help scientists understand the impact of climate change and the maintenance of more than 75 miles of trails and carriages roads – many of which I'll be on during the race! Please help me exceed my goal with a tax-deductible contribution to support my effort and the Preserve's mission. Just click the "donate" button above and be sure to share on your social networks to inspire others to join in. Thank you!

About Mohonk Preserve
Mohonk Preserve

In partnership with our members, supporters, and volunteers, Mohonk Preserve protects and manages over 8,000 acres of mountain ridges, forests, fields, streams, ponds, and other unique and beautiful places. As New York's largest nonprofit nature preserve, each year we welcome 300,000 visitors.

The Preserve's devoted volunteers, dedicated donors, and expert staff all work in harmony for a common cause - to create a place where people and nature thrive. To accomplish our goal of protecting one of the region's most treasured and beautiful places, we conduct programs in four key areas - environmental education, conservation, stewardship, and visitor experience.

At the Preserve, you can enjoy scenic beauty, outdoor activities, and peace and quiet, all just 90 miles from New York City. Our carriage roads and trails are perfect for hiking, running, mountain biking, horseback riding, and cross-country skiing. We're also the home of "Gunks" climbing and bouldering, and one of the most visited climbing destinations in North America.
